Baseball Team, 1930

Dad’s caption of this photo in his album doesn’t provide much information. Just “At Greens Bridge 1930”. Greens Bridge is an area on the road between Jefferson and Scio. Was this group playing baseball as a team against another team? Where they playing just among themselves? Don’t know.

Not sure who the guy on the left is. John? Suggestions welcome. The three in the middle are easy: Lee, Earl and Dad. Pretty sure the guy on the right is Harold. If they’d managed to pull in Ed and Irvine also, they’d have had pretty close to a baseball team.

I would have thought maybe the seated girls would be Ann and Mina, but I don’t recognize either of them. Suggestions welcome there, too.

Dad always enjoyed playing baseball. He was a pretty good hitter, too.
