Florence McClain at about four months, 1910

This is a studio portrait (to state the obvious) of Florence McClain at maybe four months old. If my guess on age is correct, this photo was taken in October 1910.

Unlike some other studio portraits taken during this time period, this one shows no signs of limbal ring enhancement or of blackening of the open mouth.

In this portrait, Mom is clearly older than in her three-month portrait, but not a lot older. That is the basis for my guess of four months.
