This photo of Sarah Hammell with her daughters Addie McClain and Bessie Radford was taken on the McClain farm in Tallman about 1932. It is a pity it is so far out of focus.
Sarah turned 70 on May 20, 1932. It is certainly possible this photo was taken at the celebration of her 70th birthday, though that is just a guess.
Judging from the clothing, this three-generation photo from a previous post probably was taken on the same occasion. Much better focus!
