Here are the wedding twins again (a different photo than appeared in this previous post)…

If you read the previous post, you will recall that there were three sets of identical twins at the wedding of Florence McClain and Lloyd Wright. This is another photo of those twins.
Identifications, from left: Ray and Roy Warren (age 25), Geneva and Jeannette McClain (age 16) and Merle and Mertice Buchner (age 32).
The Warren twins were first cousins of the bride (Florence), the McClain twins were second cousins of the bride, and the Buchner twins were friends of the bride and her family, from Tallman.
In the previous post about the twins, I noted that Geneva seemed to be showing off a ring on her left hand (in the previous photo), and that she was married no more than four years after Florence and Lloyd’s wedding. In this picture a ring is visible on Jeannette’s left hand as well. It is right on the edge of the frame, so it isn’t completely clear what sort of ring it is. It does not appear to be a diamond of the sort that Geneva’s quite clearly was, so I’m not sure what significance this ring has, if any. As far as I know Jeannette did not marry until nine years after this.
